Pratibha Hostel provides secured living area for its residents using biometric access door. The secured living area includes hostel students' rooms, room access hall-ways, stairs, and self-service kitchen. The features of living area access facility is as follows:
- Access managed thru finger-print and face-recognition biometric system Restricted to the hostel residents
- Guest access prohibited all the time except provided as an exception.
- Monitored by security cameras, and hostel staff
