Pratibha Hostel room provides the following amenities:

1. A 15 ft x 15 ft of living space with a large reflective-glass windows with the mosquito protection screens
2. Two 2 ft x 4 ft x 2.5 ft study tables
3. Two study chairs
4. Two 6.5 ft x 3 ft x 1.5 ft beds. Each bed comes with a mattress, Recron pillow, pillow cover, and a bed sheet
5. Two 4 ft x 1.75 ft x 6 ft closets. Each closet has two major sections: 2.5 ft x 1.75 ft x 6 ft for clothes and books 1.5 ft x 1.75 ft x 6 ft for shoes and other miscellaneous items
6. Two 40 cubic-foot covered storage closets
7. Attached full bath that includes shower space, and western style toilet. Bathroom provides both hot and cold water supply. Toilet is equipped with jet-spray, and telephone-spray.
8. A sink situated outside of a bathroom
9. Two 47 inch ceiling fans. Respective room occupant can control fan as per her personal preference without disturbing comfort of other roommate.
10. Two bright energy saver lights. Each light is situated in such a way that it can be controlled by respective room mate as per her personal preference.
11. Three 12-Watt LED lights to illuminate other areas of the room.

13. An intercom phone that allows calling other rooms, hostel front desk, visitor room, etc.
14. A 4 ft x 13 ft of shared service area with the wash-area for cloths and cloth-lines

In addition to room facilities, Pratibha Hostel provides many ​other shared facilities.

Following are the other facilities available to the residents:

1. RO filtered water supply for the drinking water
   
2. Cleaning and laundry services at a reasonable cost
   
3. Parking and garden facilities guarded by security personnel and CCTV cameras
   
4. Internet connection at an added cost
   
5. A diesel electricity generator which supplies electricity to the entire hostel during the electrical outages. Pratibha Hostel management however reserves the sole right to decide when to turn-on and turn-off the diesel generator.

Other facilities which are worth mentioning are:

1. RO filter replacement and servicing: three times per year
2. Pest control treatment of entire hostel and hostel compound: three times per year
3. Water storage tank cleaning: three times per year
4. Air Conditioner remote control cell replacement: once a year
5. Light bulb, LED lamp replacement at no cost
6. Hot-water heater service: once per year
7. Air Conditioner service: twice per year
8. Window cleaning: twice per year
9. Garden maintenance: couple of hours per every working day
10. Parking, interior road sweeping: every day
11. Maintaining food preparation license all the time as per govt rules
